Job description
Do you know what it takes to successfully grow an Individual Giving portfolio? Are you someone who really understands what makes a truly fantastic supporter journey? Do you have an eye for innovation and trying new things?
A fantastic charity supporting people with learning disabilities are looking to recruit an Individual Giving Manager.
Location: Home-based flexible working with occasional travel to the Bristol head office
In this role, you will be central to developing a long-term Individual Giving strategy to engage the public in supporting the charity’s work. You will line manage the Individual Giving Officer and be responsible for planning and implementing Individual Giving acquisition campaigns through a multi-channel approach including: direct mail, digital, telemarketing, lotteries, press and face-to-face. You will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders including agency management to build strong relationships for the successful delivery of campaigns and strategies.
In order to be successful, you must have a real passion for Fundraising, experience of strategizing and managing acquisition and retention campaigns across multiple channels and strong analytical and budget management skills to monitor and review numerous activities and campaigns using insight to inform decision making.
