A disability charity, focusing on connecting people with their community and delivering disability care and community projects across the UK, are looking for an Individual Giving Manager.

You will join a hugely successful and ambitious fundraising team who are on track to increase income from 4million to 6million by 2019. A passionate, relational and results-driven person, the Individual Giving Manager will innovatively manage the charity's Individual Giving program to sustain and grow income generation in line with ambitious growth aspirations.

You will project manage and deliver a range of direct marketing activity, to drive forward the recruitment and retention of new committed giving and cash supporters, whilst maintaining a loyal supporter base

Being a highly skilled and professional fundraiser, you will have good experience and enjoyed success implementing plans across direct marketing channels, whilst building a supporter-led journey in collaboration with other channels. Your ability to demonstrate creative and innovative thinking in developing compelling cases for support across these channels will inspire growth and tell the story to our supporters of the impact their support makes.

You will be joining a friendly, close knit fundraising team of approximately 20 people. The department fosters a mutually supportive, ambitious and upbeat culture.
