Individual Giving Officer

Job description

A fantastic and well-established care and research charity are looking for an Individual Giving Officer to join their friendly, ambitious Fundraising department.

This role is predominantly home-based, but the team comes together once a month to meet in person, and there is flexibility for more frequent office-working if desired.

Due to increased headcount to support the team’s exciting growth, they’re looking for two Individual Giving Officers to join the Cause team within Individual Giving. The successful candidates will ideally have experience within a marketing or fundraising role and will relish the opportunity to manage activity across a range of channels on time and to budget, using their excellent project management skills.

These roles are responsible for the campaign management of some of the programme’s cash and regular giving campaigns, so the successful candidates will need to be very organised as they will be working on multiple campaigns and channels at once.  The roles are very diverse and ideal for someone looking to progress in the sector as they incorporate campaign management of both acquisition and retention activity across a range of channels, such as direct mail, digital (social media, PPC, email and others), cold print (inserts, door drop, partially addressed mail and cold lists), Face to Face and DRTV.

If you’re interested in hearing more, please do get in touch ASAP!

Salary without LW is £26,838 - £29,589
