A charity focused on homelessness is seeking an Individual Giving Officer to use their creative and analytical talents to support the Individual Giving Manager deliver an exiting new audience strategy, new supporter acquisition programme and oversee the donor retention journeys ensuring that the charity builds and maintains a loyal and lasting supporter base to provide stability for the charity in the years to come.


You will have the following skills and experience:
- Delivering compelling and engaging supporter/customer journeys within a Direct Marketing environment
- Experience of creating/editing engaging copy
- A sound understanding of fundraising/marketing principles
- Experience of using a customer or supporter databases
