Individual Giving Officer - Direct Marketing

Harris Hill is working with a medical charity to help support the recruitment of an interim Individual Giving Officer, to cover a permanent recruitment period.

We are ideally looking for an experienced candidate who fits the job specification however, due to a difficult recruitment market, the client will consider marketing assistant/ coordinator level, fundraising assistant, community fundraising with mass marketing or anyone outside the sector looking to come in with DM experience.

Job spec:
You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering integrated campaigns across a variety of income streams, including cash appeals, gaming and regular giving.

You'll be experienced in the development and/or acquisition of supporters or customers in a fundraising or commercial environment, with a track record in managing successful direct marketing campaigns from beginning to end. You'll be an experienced project manager, working with impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail. And with strong interpersonal skills, you'll have experience in working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and agencies to deliver projects.
