Information Technology (IT) Technician

Job description

Do you have 1.5 or more years of experience within IT support, delivering high-quality support to customers within service level agreements and achieving high satisfaction rates?

Do you want to use this experience and be part of a small team delivering first-class support?

Do you have the skills to problem solve effectively whilst helping develop and implement an IT strategy throughout an organisation?

As the IT Technician will play a part in the development & implementation of the organisations blueprint which aims to standardise hardware, software, and security as we work towards their Cyber Essentials Accreditation. The post-holder will respond to the IT Support Helpdesk supporting users both remotely and visiting sites when required.

You will be joining a busy team at an exciting time. The team is responsible for ensuring high quality IT support & services are delivered across the organisation. We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about supporting transformational change in IT. You will have at least 1.5 years of experience within IT support and be confident operating independently and work closely with important external and internal stakeholders.
