Job description

Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse (STADA) is looking for a new Interim Chief Executive to provide leadership to their team of 40 highly committed and motivated staff.

STADA is looking for an experienced Interim CEO who is very good at what they do. The key areas of focus for the interim role will be to provide thorough and effective management and leadership of all staff, finances, HR including implementing the outcome of an ongoing pay review, compliance and statutory matters. The successful candidate will also support the Board providing sound governance and additionally maintain the right framework of standards, policies and procedures including internal control and performance reporting.

Interim Chief Executive - Standing Together Against Domestic Abuse

Salary: C£60,000

Term: 6 months

Working hours: 35 hours per week. Some evening and weekend work will be required, with notice, for which time off in lieu will be taken by arrangements with colleagues and the Trustees.

Work location: Hybrid Home/Office - Hammersmith, with national travel as required.

About STADA

STADA's ambition is to eradicate domestic abuse by transforming the way organisations and individuals think about, prevent and respond to domestic abuse.

They work with communities to bring together all the different agencies that play a part in tackling abuse, from prevention to prosecution and beyond. They also deliver training and develop resources to make sure that professionals in public services feel confident dealing with disclosures of domestic abuse safely and effectively.
