My client, a global charity are currently seeking an interim International Head of HR to join them for a period of 4-6 months whilst they secure a long term permanent solution.

This role is hugely important to the organisation to ensure they are ready and prepared with the right provisions and staff in place to attend crisis and support as it happens.

This high profile organisation will provide you with the tools to deliver to the best of your ability and hopefully give you the opportunity to utilise your full skill-set.

You will be an HR generalist with demonstrative experience leading a large diverse team across the HR and L&D remit.

You will ideally have experience within an International NGO, with experience working strategically both here in the UK & in-country.
