Lead Creative Producer

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Creative Producer to join a fantastic social-impact led communications agency based in London Bridge.

As Lead Creative Producer you will have the chance to enhance your creative skills in a fast growing, purpose-led agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to have the creative freedom to lead on the production process working solely on exciting social impact projects.

You’ll be working on every aspect of the production process including sourcing of cast, crew, location, accommodation, licensing, insurance and consent forms. This involves juggling multiple things at once to ensure timelines remain on track. You’ll work to maintain and create relationships with freelance creatives, editors, animators and designers and will provide a creative eye on all assets created, communicating critique and solutions to improve quality of work. You’ll also play a key part in creative brainstorms, ideating and fleshing out ideas for overarching narratives for video. This involves taking a lead on new business proposals when it comes to video and pitching the ideas to partners (clients).

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the creative process and how best to manage key resources, talent and creative technicians, to keep projects running smoothly and on time. The role will involve oversight of multimedia projects so it’s essential to have experience in production management for film, with a solid understanding of the workflows for animation, design and web assets.

If this sounds like you, please do get in touch ASAP!

Please note, only successful candidates will be contacted with further information.
