Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a health charity in their search for a Legacy and In Memory Executive in order to join a small, yet busy team in a charity with huge potential to grow.

The charity is the largest growing heath crisis of our time and by 2025 over 1 million people will be living with the condition. This is a key role in helping the charity to grow their income through successful marketing and stewardship activities, to ultimately make sure there is the support of nurses available to anyone who needs one.


As Legacy and In Memory Executive you will be focused on continually raising awareness of the importance of gifts in Wills and inspiring supporters with an in memory motivation to build a long-term relationship with the charity.
You will be responsible for administration and marketing related to gifts in Wills enquirers and pledgers; sensitive and timely stewardship for in memory givers; and ongoing reporting and analysis of results. You will work with colleagues across the charity and with external suppliers and be part of developing and testing inspiring gifts in Wills campaigns and in memory products.

You will have experience of:
Experience of working on fundraising/marketing projects, desirably gifts in Wills and in memory programmes
Experience of providing timely, sensitive and inspiring supporter stewardship communications that contribute to building relationships and long-term income generation
Experience of using a relationship database to support, inform and report on fundraising and stewardship activity
Experience of using digital channels for marketing and stewardship activity and analysing results to improve activity
Experience of collating and analysing financial and non-financial KPIs, using results to inform future activity
Understanding of how to use audience insight to inform marketing and stewardship activities
Experience of working with external suppliers and agencies
Knowledge of Charity Law, Data Protection, GDPR, Fundraising Code of Practice, and other relevant marketing or fundraising standards across the UK

Location- London, hybrid working ( 2 days in the office)

Salary- 31,000 per annum

Full-time, permanent role
