Legacy Marketing Officer

Job description

A disability equality charity is looking for an organised, keen and enthusiastic marketeer to join their Legacy Fundraising Team to help develop and deliver the legacy marketing and communications strategy.

The successful candidate will be able to manage a busy and varied workload covering everything from events and collateral to digital, social media, telemarketing and direct mail.

Working with a range of internal stakeholders and external agencies, you'll also run legacy marketing campaigns from creative brief through to delivery and evaluation. A large part of the role will be focused on developing relationships both internally and externally to build and maintain a robust pipeline of legacy prospects and pledgers - therefore excellent people skills are a must.

Based in the legacies team, this role will work closely with the inhouse design and marketing teams to deliver projects.

Previous experience with legacy fundraising, though helpful, is certainly not essential.
This position will provide ample opportunity for creative thinking, generating new ideas and be an excellent springboard for personal development. It is an ideal role for someone looking to hone their marketing skills by gaining experience utilising a variety of marketing channels to reach and engage key audiences.
