Loyalty Marketing Officer

A fantastic children's charity is looking to recruit a Loyalty Marketing Officer. In this role you will work to develop sustainable income through the delivery of fundraising campaigns and digital communications, achieving income targets and increasing the retention and engagement of the overall donor base.

Responsibilities include assisting in delivering the digital fundraising strategy and demonstrating the charities work, to donors, supporters and volunteers through email and SMS marketing.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the ability to produce engaging and successful digital marketing communications, gained through a working knowledge and experience of digital marketing techniques. Excellent understanding of, and empathy with, the motivations of current and potential donors, supporters, and volunteers is also vital.

Please note, this is a 12-month FTC with the possibility of extension.
