Locations: Wickham & Nottingham
Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 & 5,000 car allowance
Permanent - Full Time

Overview:
A national social care charity is currently seeking an accomplished and highly skilled and experienced Managing Director. You will play a critical role in ensuring the provision of high quality, person centred, safe, efficient, and innovative services whilst taking the lead in the development and delivery of our strategic transformation plans across the region.

This is an important position that will not only oversee the delivery of the charity's existing services but will also be responsible for delivering growth. This role will have overall operational responsibility for the quality, staffing, compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks, budget management and the commercial development of all our services in the region.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the effective and safe delivery of all operational services across the region and for ensuring the effective delivery of services against a range of key performance indicators in line with the organisation s key business objectives.

You will also build strong relationships with commissioners, purchasers and potential commercial partners in developing collaborative approaches to service provision and possible business opportunities.

As a member of the Executive Team, you will also contribute to the strategic and direction and management of Community Integrated Care and attend meetings of the Board of Trustees.


Candidate requirements:
With a previous experience working successfully at a senior level in an operation role in a large multi-site environment, gained in a health and social care environment, the successful candidate will have extensive experience of leading regulated care services across a range of settings, effective partnership working at a senior level and a track record of improving service delivery and service reconfiguration.

The ability to articulate a strong and coherence vision that inspires and motivates, you will have strong leadership skills and a drive to improve performance.
