Marketing and Social Media Officer

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a fantastic disability charity to recruit a Marketing and Social Media Officer based in Leatherhead. You will be responsible for providing on and offline marketing support and developing marketing materials and communications.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will develop the charities' social media communications in order to increase engagement, raise the profile in the disability sector and effectively support all fundraising activities. In addition to this you will also develop the email marketing programme and create materials such as leaflets and banners for use at events and exhibitions.

In order to be successful in this role you must have a strong understanding of the principles of effective marketing, be a confident user of social media as a corporate communication channel and possess strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write fresh engaging copy. You will also have experience of using mailchimp to send emails to target audiences and will have a high degree of initiative and creativity.

This is a newly created role within the existing Marketing Team and an exciting opportunity to utilise your digital and marketing skills to make a real impact!
