Marketing Cloud Specialist

Job description

A Charity based in East London are looking for an experienced and collaborative Marketing Cloud Specialist to join the growing Supporter Data and Insight team. This is a brand new role, where you will act as the technical subject matter expert with our main users of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.You'll be responsible for building dynamic, triggered journeys, data structures and ETL processes that our supporter journeys depend on.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, develop integrated supporter journeys, and help maximise our use of Marketing Cloud.You'll be joining us at an exciting time, with the recent launch of our Fundraising Strategy focusing on supporter centricity, a data driven approach, and creating fantastic digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibility for the delivery of appropriate communications to supporters via Marketing Cloud journeys
Create Salesforce related marketing and editorial process documents as well as training material
Identify break-points where unanticipated behaviour could interrupt the flow of a journey and working with stakeholders to produce robust solutions

Person specification:

Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Extensions and Data Streams
Building complex journeys with Journey Builder
Marketing Cloud Connector and Contact Builder
Strong stakeholder management
