Marketing Coordinator (4 days a week)

Job description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Coordinator (part-time, 4 days a week) for a mental health related charity in order to cover busy period of approximately 3 months.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement the Marketing and Communications Strategy, including publicity materials and branding
Support Community Living Well partners to implement the strategy
Deliver the marketing and communications plan across a range of different online and offline channels
Launch, manage and monitor a twitter account producing content that accurately reflects the aims of the service.
Organise and deliver promotional events for the charity and attend other events on behalf of the service.
Design hard copy and digital promotional materials to promote the charity service
Ensure branding is consistent throughout all platforms and materials
Develop, manage and update content for the website using a content management system, including SEO actions
Manage the accounts relating to website, hosting and SSL companies
Monitor stock levels and re-order hard copy materials and promotional items when appropriate, liaising with external companies and suppliers.
Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to research and curate stories to be published online and offline that help to support a positive image and demonstrate the impact of the service s work.
Organise coproduction meetings with service users and staff to ensure that materials and website are service user led

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience in administration, marketing and communications
Proven experience designing a wide range of marketing and publicity materials
Proven experience in website and database administration and maintenance
Experience of co-ordinating a wide range of promotional events
Experience of improving a website s search engine rankings
Excellent IT skills, including Sharepoint, Microsoft Office systems in particular Excel
Skills and experience of using Adobe packages, In-Design, Photoshop or Illustrator
Excellent written and editorial skills to deliver copy to a range of audiences
Proven skills in eCRM communications and CMS management
Proven skills in information collation and data analysis
Ability to plan and manage budget resources, within the delegated authority of the post
Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
