Marketing Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for an Interim Marketing Manager in order to develop and implement the charity s marketing strategy.
This will be a temporary role for approximately 6 months.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Develops and implements the marketing strategy and operational marketing plan to recruit to our leadership courses, liaising with programme co-ordinators and directors to monitor progress against agreed targets.
Utilises all aspects of the marketing mix, including email, social media, direct mail, SEO, content marketing, paid search and online advertising.
Writes and creates compelling marketing copy for all courses and ensures that copy adheres to corporate brand guidelines.
Monitors the external environment to ensure awareness of competitor activity and exploits any third-party routes to market.
Co-ordinates L&OD presence at key events and exhibitions.
Oversees, in conjunction with the digital communications team, leadership website content.
Analyses and evaluates customer and marketing performance data to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
Provides marketing advice and support for specific projects as required.
Work with the Operations team and Email Marketing Officer to ensure customer data is effectively captured and managed in our CRM system, optimising customer journeys wherever possible.


In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience of digital marketing including email, social, digital advertising
Experience of marketing/corporate communications in health care sector
Experience of analysing marketing performance data from sources such as Google Analytics and email service providers (ESPs) to understand user behaviour and generate actionable insights
Experience of developing and maintaining client relationship internal or external
Able to work strategically, taking a holistic view of all relevant internal and external factors when managing business operations
Able to write compelling and effective copy for all platforms
Able to project manage effectively, achieving clearly defined outcomes and timelines
Able to work collaboratively and sustain effective working relationships with diverse colleagues, partners and clients
Able to organise their own work and time productively
