Membership Executive

Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Membership Executive with outstanding Customer Service skills to work with an amazing environmental charity. I am looking for a team player who will work within the Marketing and Membership team to ensure that members have a smooth experience in their dealings with the Association.

Main duties:
To be a point of contact for members and prospective members
Administrating membership functions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM database and website
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the database is maintained through accurate data entry
To record and process all new membership leads
To process new membership applications and issue the appropriate welcome pack
To research relevant industry sectors and qualify leads as directed
To contact members who may wish to leave, identify their reasons and any lessons, which will assist improving the service to members
To produce monthly membership activity reports and other membership related statistics as directed
To work with the Association's website project team to ensure a smooth integration of CRM membership and events functionality with the new website
To liaise with the Accounts team on overdue membership joining payments and the invoicing of new members
