Harris Hill is delighted to be assisting a loved homelessness charity to find a National and Regional Fundraising Engagement Manager

Duties and responsibilities:
- Work on the fundraising strategy to develop engagement with communities across the UK
- Lead on the growth and development of fundraising across the regions and counties
- Line manage 5 reports
- Be responsible for budgets, income and expenditure
- Work across other teams and support with volunteer development too

Skills and experience needed:
-Demonstratable experience of securing fundraising and engagement partnerships or projects
-Experience managing a staff team with remote or geographically based workers
-Experience working on income and expenditure budgets using insight, analysis and data
-Experience of applying digital marketing techniques and channels in a fundraising environment
-Experience of working with new fundraising products and activities, as well digital marketing
-Understanding of excellent stewardship and customer care, as well as working with volunteers and developing them
