Office Administrator

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cardiff Women's Aid, this fantastic charity are working to prevent and respond to domestic and sexual violence and all other forms of violence against women and girls. The Office Administrator will assist the Corporate Services Manager with all administrative & operational tasks of the Charity and any other tasks set by the Operations Manager.
Key responsibilities
Administrative support to employees and Trustees
Handling both internal and external communication
Organising, arranging and coordinating meetings
Creation of HR related documents
Uploading information onto company databases
Ensure all paper and electronic documents are filed
Data entry
Office organisation
Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Liaise with our H&S advisors
Ensure that safety related training records, accident reports and other documents are completed and stored properly
Arranging advertisements
First point of contact for all applicants
Arranging interviews and updating applicants on their progress


Person Specification
Experience of working in a busy office with a strong administration experience
Experience of using systems for data
Highly organised, with excellent workload management skills, specifically with the ability to prioritise own work and reprioritise when necessary
Excellent time management skills
