Operations Administrator

CIPD qualified
Experience of working in Higher Education
Proven track record of providing management and administration of employment contracts, probation, appraisal, payroll, sickness absence, pension and statutory returns
Demonstrable experience of management of the HR/Payroll System (iTrent) to ensure accurate employment records, establishment control and the reporting of people analytics. Experience of iTrent is essential.
Demonstrable experience of using financial management systems, such as Agresso.
Demonstrable experience of management, engagement and payment of Visiting Lecturers and Casual Workers.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
A strong team-player with a flexible approach to the varying demands of the office as a whole.
