Operations Co-ordinator

Job description

Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, E1 to help secure an Operations Co-ordinator for up to 12 weeks, paying £28,000 per annum. The purpose of the role is to provide general administrative support and assistance with organising group events. 

  

The key responsibilities of the role include:  

 

Co-ordinate the appropriate Executive Committee including preparation of minutes, agendas, follow up action and correspondence

Manage and maintain the electronic system for recording and distributing job descriptions for vacant posts

Prepare monthly reports

Maintain office stationery and archive records and filing, both electronic and manual

 

The key skills and experiences include:

 

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills both written and oral

Proven experience in the use of database management and electronic filing

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Charity sector experience would be an advantage
