Job description

Harris Hill is seeking an interim (Possible temp to perm) Operations Coordinator for a cancer charity in London.

The role is 4 days per week (30hpw) and pays £27k pro rota equivalent, hourly paid.

This role sits within the London Office Operations department. The Operations department works with all departments within the national and International teams to ensure the smooth running of the London Office. The Operations department is responsible for managing the building, health and safety, Finance, IT, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulators. The office currently has about 50 full and part time employees, seven of which make up the Operations department.

Duties:
The post-holder will provide high-quality administrative assistance to top-level executives as well as coordinating office wide diaries and travel, lunches and other business events. The role will also perform additional administrative duties in support of the work of other departments within the building as required.
The postholder will be based 'front of house' so will be welcoming and organised, maintaining effective switchboard and reception service for clients and other visitors to the organisation.
This role is line managed by the Operations Manager, but may also have some job responsibilities delegated directly from senior executives.
This is a busy and varied administrative role that will require strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills.
