Operations Lead

Harris Hill is working with a National charity, focussed on Social Innovation in their search for an Interim Operations Lead.


You will be working across the core of the organisations focus area, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively. Initially, you will work alongside the current incumbent, ensuring full handover. Following this, you will be covering the post whilst a permanent postholder is found. This is likely to be 3-6 months on a 4 to 5 day week.


As an experienced Operations professional, you will be used to thinking big picture and making strategic recommendations. You will be heavily involved in the detail of finance, people and deployment of resourcing across teams to support the impact of their work and to meet client demands and deadlines.


You will have:
A demonstrable background in business management and operations.
Experience of leading operations in a small to medium sized organisation.
A good understanding of talent and culture management
Strong financial acumen.
A good handle on differing interpretations and expressions.
Strong communication skills
Excellent people skills and the ability to collaborate across the team.
Strong relationship management skills.
Excellent diplomatic and negotiation skills.

This role will be paid weekly on a daily rate basis. Day rates are based on permanent salary and are open to PAYE, Ltd and Umbrella workers. The post will be working from home but depending on changes to current COVID 19 rules, this could change. Ltd and Umbrella rates come in at £225-255 per day.
