Partnerships Assistant

Job description

Harris Hill are excited to be working with a brilliant charity to find a Partnerships Assistant to help support the Corporate Partnerships, Major Donor and Trusts and Foundations fundraising team. This is a great opportunity to really get exposure to the different areas of fundraising in this influential charity.

Key responsibilities include;
+ Researching potential Corporate Partners, Trusts and Major Donor to create a list of prospects to approach for various types of partnership, recording results and updating system
+ Dealing with the Small Trust Mailing, working closely with the Trust and Major Donor Manager.
+ Being accountable for a Corporate Foundation recruitment programme from researching, drafting and sending applications, stewardship and thanking, with guidance from Head of Partnerships
+ Working with Trusts and Major Donor Manager and Head of Partnerships to explore, design and develop Major Donor Programme.
+ Keeping accurate records of income, costs and thanking for donations.
+ Updating the Partnership Team website pages with the Digital Marketing Officer.


The successful candidate will;
+ Have a knowledge of office administrations systems and CRM databases, as well as an understanding of the importance of customer care
+ Be experienced in data entry and financial processing
+ Have strong communications skills, both written and verbal
+ Have good time management skills, taking a methodical and analytical approach to financial processing and solving administrative issues
+ Have the ability to build good relationships, both internally and externally
+ Have excellent Microsoft Office, and email skills
