Partnerships Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be be working with an important national education charity to recruit a Partnerships Manager. Leading on all partnership activity, this role will explore all opportunities for growth in new and existing partnerships and work closely with the programme delivery team.

Key responsibilities include:
+ Research and develop relationships with a range of businesses with mutual target audiences
+ Design and implement a range of activities for fundraising and awareness-raising
+ Develop proposals and pitches for support to deliver to target businesses for engagement
+ Ensuring consistent messaging throughout the organisation and to partners
+ Assist with development of the corporate strategy, and event calendar

The successful candidate will:
+ Be an experienced corporate fundraiser or CSR professional with voluntary sector experince
+ Have account management and business development experience
+ Be an excellent relationship manager, able to manage internal and external relationship equally well
+ Be an effective communicator, able to adapt messaging to a range of audiences
+ Be motivated by equality, diversity, social justice and literacy
