Payroll Officer

Job description

I am currently looking for an efficient and experienced Payroll Officer for an amazing international humanitarian charity. I am looking for immediately available candidates for this very busy HR department.

Main duties:

Payroll experience in a large organisation and with complex pay adjustments
To be the firts point of contact for payroll queries
Experience of using HR information systems/portals
Understanding of common employee benefits (childcare vouchers, GAYE, cycle scheme, loans)
Working knowledge of pension schemes required (net and gross contributions)
Experience of entering data into an HR Information System with a high degree of accuracy
Excellent Excel skills, particularly around data manipulation and review
