Harris Hill are delighted to be working with Compassion UK in their search for an L&D Specialist to join their growing People team.

In order to be considered for this role due to an occupational requirement you will need to be a follower of the Christian faith.

The charity do some excellent work with children in developing countries. They work with local churches to run programmes for young people to help them reach their full potential. They are very passionate about the work they do.

The culture in the charity is positive, they give people room to develop whilst ensuring there are plenty of opportunities to be creative within your role.

The main purpose of this role is to implement and deliver an organisation wide learning and development strategy.

Reporting into the People Director, you will be a true L&D specialist expected to be able to cover a generalist L&D remit. This exciting opportunity will provide someone the platform to continue their own development whilst driving performance across the charity. You will be able to conduct needs based analysis across different teams and client groups whilst putting interventions in place where required.

This excellent role comes with the perks of working with Compassion UK. They have some of the best offices we have seen outside of London. They offer on-site gym, shower and parking facilities. A highly impressive and vibrant office to work in which include amazing meeting rooms and breakout areas.

As the charity follow the Christian faith there is an occupational requirement for the holder of this role to be a practising Christian.
