Performance Marketing Officer (Email)

Job description

As Performance Marketing Officer (Email) you will play a key role in maximising engagement and income for a well-loved and reputable Children’s Charity, through the development and delivery of ‘best of breed’ email campaigns.

Please note, this is a 12 month FTC

You will be involved in a variety of campaigns; awareness raising, behaviour change campaigns and donation campaigns. And have the opportunity to work with the wider team on the creative input for these.

You will pro-actively work with colleagues to use email as an effective engagement tool and to lead on email best practice across the charity. You will report to the Digital Engagement Manager and work closely with the rest of the Marketing and Planning team, to deliver best-practice, audience-led, email marketing.

The ideal candidate:

You will have experience of delivering, building and launching email campaigns and be able to segment data to improve performance.

• Excellent project management skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to establish, develop and maintain relationships with a wide variety of people, particularly with senior level individuals.

This role can be based in London, or remotely.

Annually £24,261 - £28,542 plus inner London weighting (£3,366).

Location London (Old Street). Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office minimum).
