Personal Assistant

Job description

I am currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to the Director of Digital, Technology and Data within an amazing health charity, to ensure optimum use of time and efficiency; managing a complex and busy diary, prioritising and scheduling key pieces of work, travel management, dealing with correspondence and supporting key business relationships.

Main duties:
To support the effective functioning of the Directorate through the delivery of administrative duties.
Organise and support effective DTD management meetings including the collation of papers, agendas, minute taking and follow up actions, to also include Directorate away days.
To build effective and open working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
To manage relationships with suppliers, sub-contractors and key external stakeholders as appropriate, and maintain contact data
To support changes in directorate personnel, including recruitment support and induction of staff.
To contribute to cross-organisational working groups and initiatives.
To co-ordinate the Directorates performance management of 121's /annual appraisals and management of the Directorate records
To co-ordinate and ensure sickness absence is being reported and tracked throughout the directorate
Work closely with other PA's and other senior support roles across the business to develop and maintain effective communication and administration systems
