Are you an experienced Personal Assistant (PA) who can display sharp levels of discretion?

Are you used to developing high levels of trust with C-suite executives?

The charity was founded by a high-ranking member of the Royal Household...so we have to assume you are comfortable conversing with patrons from diverse backgrounds?

As the new EA, you will be working alongside and supporting the Chief Executive of a charitable membership organisation dedicated to the promotion of responsible business practices across the UK. The impact the charity is having has long-term benefits for communities by helping its members to improve their accountability & raise their ethical business standards.


As you already know this particular role is critical to the charity's continued success and amongst other duties you will be supporting the Chief Executive with the following:-

secretarial support
complex diary management
planning and organising high-profile meetings
managing key stakeholders within the Executive Team

You must have:-
- experience of working in a first-class professional environment that demands excellent problem-solving & organisational skills.
- a proven track record of secretarial experience at Director Level
- a positive attitude and ability to work smart and the aptitude to use your own initiative
- first-class communication skills in all areas

Please note:- due to the charity's Royal Founding Patron, this role will also require a certain element of discretion and discernment when collaborating with private representatives from The Royal Household.
