Philanthropy Fundraiser

Job description

This role is perfect for a proactive, creative relationship builder looking to use their skills to protect the most vulnerable in our society.

Although there is a good pipeline of major donors in this region, there is great scope to expand on this, so the role will focus a lot on building new relationships and researching new leads. You will become a familiar face in the region, meeting with supporters and prospective donors, and attending the varied and exciting events held by the organisation. This charity is hugely supportive of its employees – they prioritise flexibility, wellbeing, and personal and professional development. This is the perfect opportunity to rapidly develop your charity experience in a collaborative, friendly and busy environment.

Salary: c. £26,000-33,000 p.a.

Benefits: 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays, employee benefits and assistance programme, pension and life assurance schemes, employee discounts on over 3000 brands, + more!

Location: can be based in the North West or North East – the role is mainly homebased but requires travel across the region and occasionally to London (expenses covered)

Contract type: permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

Application: please submit your CV and cover letter to lucy.mcbride@harrishill.co.uk before Friday 23th February
