PR & Digital Communications Officer

Job description

A wonderful social welfare charity based in London seek an ambitious PR & Digital Communications Officer. 

It's a fantastic time to join the charity as they undergo a rebrand, prepare to launch a new website and have exciting upcoming partnerships and projects on the horizon! 

You will be responsible for social media management, with the aim to grow the charities base of dedicated volunteers (+12,000)/followers and develop and maintain relationships with influencers. You will also support on content creation (blogs, graphics and gifs) and work to develop a new PR strategy; this includes issuing press releases to recruit volunteers in specific regions, managing media queries and chasing case studies.

In order to be successful, you must have experience in managing Facebook/Twitter/Instagram, basic knowledge of Photoshop (or other social media design tool) and experience of working with local PR (press releases). 

If you're experienced in social media scheduling, content promotion and PR and are looking to join a friendly, ambitious organisation, then this is the role for you!
