Product Manager - Fundraising

Job description


National Children's charity seek a Product Manager to oversee the delivery of their fundraising efforts for 3 months.

The focus of Individual Giving strategy is to deliver the best supporter experience to drive the lifetime value of our supporters, increase the supporter network and motivate the British public to engage with the cause and take action to protect children.

The Product Manager works with the Individual Giving Acquisition and Products team to deliver a range of cross-team fundraising projects to raise vital funds for children.

Job Purpose
To help compile and monitor the agreed the project plans, working closely with the Senior Fundraiser Product Management based on requirements set by product managers.
To contribute to the delivery of the projects through cross-organisational work streams, by mapping resources, and liaising with delivery teams.
To draft timely project updates and communicate these to a wide group of stakeholders at all levels, as well as convening appropriate project team meetings.
To work with the Senior Fundraiser Product Management to ensure the delivery of projects across all workstreams
To deliver discrete projects to support the work of the Acquisition and Products team
To contribute to the Individual Giving function's purpose of maximising income from supporters and potential supporters by taking responsibility to carry out fundraising activity.
To deliver the agreed departmental strategy, goals and standards.
To work effectively with other departments in fundraising and other functions within the charity to maximise income for children.
To deliver fundraising budget in line with business requirements.
