Programme Organisational Dev. Manager

Job description

Harris Hill are currently working with a great charity based in London, NW2 to help secure a Programme Organisational Development Manager (PODM) on a 12 - 18 month FTC, paying 45,21 - 50,692 per annum.

The PODM will support the delivery of the organisations transformational change programme and ensure the individual programmes have a lasting impact

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Develop and implement innovative initiatives that effectively support the cultural and behavioural changes that will deliver the transformational change.
Create an inspiring learning and development approach that delivers the key elements of change including upskilling the workforce in digital, data driven decisions, people management and project management along with the existing learning and development programme
Coach, train, advise and empower the leaders to help create a high performing, motivated, highly skilled management and leadership team capable of delivering real change and pro actively addressing talent gaps
Lead on the organisational development aspects for some of the change initiatives ensuring they are impactful and create behavioural changes across the organisation

The key skills and experiences include:

Highly developed, specialist knowledge of OD interventions, tools and techniques and an impressive track record in translating these into fresh, practical and sustainable use.
Strong and wide-ranging learning and development experience which includes developing strategies, plans and frameworks aligned to an organisation s vision and goal.
Experience of quickly establishing trust and integrity amongst people across the organisation
Experience in tech & digital learning
An understanding and experience of applying employment law
Experience of working in a senior team to develop, communicate and implement plans.
