Project Support Officer

Job description

I am excited to be working with an amazing women's charity in search of a Project Support Officer.
We are looking for a responsible Project Support Officer to perform a variety of duties, you will provide support to the Operational Manager and employees, assisting in daily activities/services run by the organisation.

Key responsibilities:
First point of contact and dealing with enquiries, ensure excellent customer service is provided to users
Responsible for overseeing the info inbox
Responsible for monitoring, analysing information and record keeping
Scheduling online sessions and informing the service users
Organising and running online/face to face sessions
To attend team meetings and staff training, one to one meetings (supervision/appraisals)
Dealing with enquiries and directing enquiries to the relevant member of staff
To participate in external meetings, forums, etc. as appropriate
To collect and record information for monitoring purposes.
