Projects & Programme Delivery Executive
Job description
A charity are looking for a Programme Delivery Executive to deliver and project manage all aspects of their key corporate programmes. This will include a range of duties such as project management, client liaison, coordination of logistics, invoicing and reporting, marketing and development of supporting resources and materials.
You will also provide general administrative support to the Commercial team. It will be accountable for administration duties to support the commercial business around exhibition, sponsorship and advertising sales.
This is a 12 month Maternity Cover.
Key Responsibilities:
-Play a key role as project manager of the corprorate Programme
-Organise all meetings for the strategy and operational project teams, setting meeting agendas, taking minutes and noting and communicating action points
-Coordinate all logistics relating to the employers programme once up and running
coordinate all aspects of training workshops including booking venues, booking facilitators, client liaison, preparing supporting documents and resources
arrange all aspects of the assessment process including the timescales, acquisition of a client's policy documentation and supporting evidence, booking assessors and supporting and communicating recommendations
-Take a project management approach to developing and then running the Employers programme, ensuring all parties and logistics are well managed and planned well in advance with the appropriate resources identified and allocated.
-Help to develop the programme website/pages then manage content on an ongoing basis
-Monitor income and expenditure and ensure that all clients are correctly invoiced
-Working with the rest of the team, put in place methods to demonstrate the value and impact of the Employers programme to all stakeholders involved.
-Set up a clear process of monitoring and evaluation for the Employers programme and other programmes and corporate activity where appropriate
-Provide general administrative support to the Business Development Manager (commercial) around exhibition and sponsorship sales
-Be responsible for producing contracts for exhibitors and sponsors for conferences
-Provide on-the-day assistance at conferences
-Work with internal conference stakeholders throughout conference preparation and delivery
Skills and Experience required:
-Experience of programme or project delivery
-Experience in working in an administrative role
-Experience of using databases
-Proficient in the use of IT tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the Internet
-Experience of working on a number of tasks simultaneously, at times under pressure and delivering to deadlines
-Demonstrable people skills and the ability to work effectively with others both internally and externally
-Ability to work across teams and departments in a collaborative manner and to proactively engage colleagues on projects and initiatives
