Prospect Research Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a renowned health charity in their search for a Prospect Research Manager to join their successful High Value Partnerships Team.

The Prospect Research Manager is responsible for increasing the size and quality of high value prospect pipeline through high quality and insightful prospect research. You will lead on the development of prospect pipelines across the High Value Partnership teams (Trusts, Corporate and Major Donors), including identification of prospects, creation of insightful research profiles, networking mapping and due diligence. You'll work in close partnership with internal teams, senior stakeholders and Trustees to identify and develop relationships with prospects and contribute to improved systems and processes across our fundraising operations, including tracking KPIs and conversion rates.

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Prospect research within a fundraising team
- An understanding of the principles of philanthropy, fundraising practices, donor motivations and wealth indicators.
- Experience of conducting structured background research on high-net worth individuals, company directors and/or family trusts and foundation boards.
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per annum
Full-time, Permanent
