Reception Team Leader

Job description

A homeless charity based in North West London are looking for a receptionist team leader. The successful candidate will further develop the current reception environment and processes to ensure they provide a high quality, non-judgmental and safe service to the growing number of individuals who seek support.
The Reception Team Leader will manage and support a reception team of staff and volunteers to provide excellent customer service and care. You will have a strong track record of people and process management and you will receive a full induction, ongoing training and regular supervision to support you in this role.

About you
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate experience of managing and delivering reception and customer service functions, providing excellent customer care and the application of strong administration skills to ensure smooth service delivery. You will be committed to working within a psychologically-informed environment, delivering a high-quality service to vulnerable groups of people to support them on their journey out of homelessness. Candidates will have to demonstrate empathetic approaches to managing challenging situations and behaviours ensuring relevant processes and procedures are followed. Your approach needs to be flexible and pro-active to provide a supportive and motivational environment to staff, volunteers and members.
