I am looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to work in an administrative role for a dynamic, growing charity with a clear mission: by working together, inspirational educationalists and talented business leaders can provide a better future for the next generation. This is a high profile initiative, with the program funded by the Department for Education. The charity supports multi academy trusts (MATs) in England by matching senior business leaders into voluntary director roles on their boards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator. You will need experience of working in a fast-past, professional and customer-oriented environment. Successful applicants will be articulate, confident, and will thrive on working with multiple stakeholders. The charity are committed to developing their teams and will provide support to enable the successful applicant to quickly perform in this role.

You will actively participate in the full recruitment cycle, such as:
Customer and candidate liaison (email and phone)
Diary management using Outlook and Acuity, an online calendar booking system
Editing job specifications and adding them to our website
Corresponding with candidates to arrange telephone interviews with our consultants
Updating the database (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy of information at all times, e.g. with contact information, project status updates
Sending candidate details to our customers (multi-academy trusts) for review
Providing administrative support to internal colleagues
This is an office-based role and flexible working hours may be considered.
