Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a health charity in their search for the Regional Fundraiser in order to develop incredible relationships with new and existing supporters helping them to network, influence and fundraise to have a significant impact on the work of the charity.

• You will cover the North region (North Birmingham, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Staffordshire & beyond) and is part of a wider Regional & Public Fundraising Team covering fundraising across the Midlands.
• You will proactively recruit high calibre supporters, volunteers and community organisations to create opportunities for fundraising within your region. Lead and inspire these networks in order to generate long term income and awareness for the charity
• You will enable and empower supporters in their communities to maximise their fundraising passion to develop successful long term fundraising events and activities
• You will ensure the effective delivery of our supporter journey and to ensure we are going above and beyond for our supporters

To apply for this role you will ideally need:

• proven experience of proactively seeking income generation opportunities
• proven experience of developing and growing client or supporter relationships
• experience of leading others
• Proven experience of managing and delivering an income target
• Experience of working in a busy fundraising or customer services environment.
• Experience of managing own workload effectively and planning and organising work to meet deadlines
• Able to take responsibility for delivering against objectives
• Ability to spot opportunities and creatively maximise them
• Excellent recording, reporting and analytical skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation skills to all ranges and sizes of audiences
• Proven ability to build influential relationships at all levels
• Driving license.
