Regional Operations Coordinator

Job description

I am currently looking for a Regional Operations Coordinator to work with an amazing youth health charity. As Regional Operations Coordinator your role will be to project manage specific areas of work with the Regional Operations team with particular focus on facilities and capital work within the NHS which will support the implementation of the charity's service model across the UK.
You will support the wider team in developing business processes, ensuring compliance and best practice so that charity expenditure and allocation of resource is correctly managed and monitored. This will include purchasing and invoicing, provision of equipment as well as providing administrative support to the wider regional operations team. You will evaluate the impact of our regional services alongside the wider regional operations team, as well as creating and maintaining a list of external suppliers and liaising with suppliers and agencies.
You will work closely with contractors, managing contracts, relationships, ensuring that these are reviewed and that we have best value for money.
