An international charity based in London are looking for a Regional Programme Coordinator. The Regional Coordinator is to support writers at risk and develop strategies to combat freedom of expression violations in the region through research, campaigning and advocacy. 

The ideal candidate must have :
Experience of work in the human rights or related fields.
Experience of research, advocacy or campaigning for human rights.
Experience of working with international human rights mechanisms.
Ability to conduct robust research, by gathering and verifying information from a wide variety of sources.
Ability to devise advocacy strategies based on research conducted.
Proven ability to write clearly and persuasively, based on thorough research and analysis, in a range of formats and for different audiences.
Sound political judgment and ethical approach to work.
Experience of working with local partners in the region, including at a distance.
