Calling all Resourcing Advisors!

I am delighted to be working with a veteran support charity in search of a part-time (2day week)Resourcing Advisor.
This role will see you provide a specialist Recruitment advisory service to the corporate function of the organisation's portfolio. Your role will be to source quality skilled candidates through cost effective sourcing channels and solutions ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed time to hire targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an expert advisory recruitment service to Hiring Managers and key stakeholders providing shortlisted quality candidates to meet their vacancy needs as quickly as possible within time to hire targets.
Drive down cost per hire for the RBL through direct hiring solutions ensuring direct hire vs agency ratios are favourably high.
Develop a pipeline of candidates through effective networking and sourcing channels.
Responsible for driving down the time to hire of candidates by developing an effective and streamlined processes.
Partner with HR Relationship Managers, L&OD Partners and Coordinators on Resourcing and development activity and requests within their Directorates.
Provide effective Resourcing solutions for all vacancies including hard to fill and critical roles (Finance, IT, Marketing etc).
Manage the day to day relationships with recruitment agency partners.
