Homelessness charity is seeking a Direct Marketing Manager in their retention team to help drive strategic development; be passionate about delivering outstanding supporter experiences and maximise income opportunities which will help more people and families secure a safe home.
You will lead on key donor engagement projects including the development and implementation of the young donor programme. Alongside this you will manage significant income and expenditure budgets and deliver exceptional fundraising campaigns to achieve annual income targets. You will also line manage one direct report.
This area is critical for sustained growth. As the organisation continues to test and understand techniques, styles and areas of fundraising where they can be successful, it is vital that we now develop longer term supporter journeys for individual supporters.
To enable success in these areas you will excel in developing complex testing programmes based in insight and have excellent communication skills. They will help you build strong relationships with colleagues, agencies and suppliers. You must also be skilled at project managing multiple projects at the same time while maintaining a high level of drive and commitment.
