Harris Hill are recruiting a Rewards Consultant on behalf of a Glasgow based international charity. This role is part of a project to to review and evaluate current roles within the SMT are sized appropriately and how best to reward and remunerate SMT members.

The organisation is based in Glasgow however they are flexible on the successful candidates location as long as they can get to Glasgow on occasion for briefings and internal meetings as part of the wider project.

Ideally the preferred candidate will have performed a similar role within a third sector or non-profit organisation in order to provide the CEO and HR Director with relevant market knowledge and evidence that the organisation are competitive with their salary benchmarking and wider packages in line with job responsibilities.

The project is likely to require a candidate for approximately 10-15 days however this could be extended in order to take on responsibility for a wider project.
