Do you currently act as the Safeguarding lead with-in your organisation?

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge where you can impact lives?

If yes, then this is a great opportunity to join an amazing and multi-disciplined team of diverse people to oversee Safeguarding across the organisation. As the Safeguarding Manager you will provide operational leadership and support to a small but dedicated team of Mangers.

As the successful candidate you will provide support and safeguarding practice guidance, while actively supporting the charity fulfil the legal and regulatory requirements associated with the operation of the organisational services.You will work closely with the mangers helping to improve reporting processes, recording incidents, training staff and facilitating workshops.

Experience

You will need experience of:

- a previous safeguarding role.
- 3 years of community experience in mental health, wellbeing, behaviour change work with adults.
- managing a complex service which involves multiple partners.
- managing services with vulnerable people.
- managing incidents, risk and safeguarding.
- managing staff and volunteers effectively.
- developing and delivering training.
