Salesforce Supporter Care Officer

Job description

I am currently looking for a Salesforce Supporter Care Officer to support the Fundraising Team for an amazing children's charity. Your role will be to grow and manage the charity's income and engagement with supporters efficiently and effectively, supporting all income generation projects and strategies across the team implementing best practice supporter care.
Job objectives:
Be the first point of contact for supporter queries responding to all phone, mail and email enquiries, complaints and requests in a dynamic and exemplary manner.
Manage all payment processes and procedures, including Individual Gifts and processing Gift Aid.
Manage monthly reconciliation of database and finance and run monthly database maintenance queries and reports
Support regular and ad hoc fundraising activities and projects to develop income from community-based fundraising campaigns, events and digital projects
Act as the fundraising team's database super user, providing operational support and expertise to colleagues, running reports and creating data queries
Produce regular reports tracking fundraising income and performance against targets
Upload third party donations and log additional donations on database to ensure supporter contact and donor journeys are tailored
Support the fundraising team to manage and deliver optimum supporter journey for new and established donors
