A charity based in Barkingside are looking for a Selections and Insight Manager.The successful candidate is responsible for managing the delivery of a complex schedule of data selections for our fundraising campaigns along with delivering fundraising data analysis both internally and through external partners.
Reporting to the Business Intelligence and Insight Lead, they Job Title: Selections & Insight Manager are responsible for managing day-to-day delivery of data selections and analysis for the wider Fundraising Department. With significant expertise in data analysis and data processing, they manage a team responsible for delivering data analysis, fundraising data selections and managing the Salesforce campaigns data.
As well as providing leadership for the team, this role liaises with the relevant Assistant Directors and Heads of Department to shape and align business processes and report development. The Selection and Insight Manager is required to ensure the team of analysts accurately interpret the needs of the business users and deliver robust solutions that meet their needs.
Person specification
Excellent working knowledge of FastStats (or similar)
Advanced Knowledge of SQL or other similar scripting language
Highly computer literate and numerate with an excellent working knowledge of SalesForce, Excel
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and its practical application
Knowledge of Data Protection including but not limited to GDPR and PECR
