Senior Audience Insights Officer

A fantastic animal welfare charity based in London are looking for a Senior Audience Insights Officer to join their growing team. In this newly created role you will be responsible for helping to create and deliver audience strategy in order to ensure communications work is audience focused and creates an impact!

Managing all relevant data and insight you will help to refine the charities target audiences and customer journeys, shaping content, products and campaigns that best meet the charities objectives.

To be successful in this role you will have advanced analytical skills and demonstrative experience of using data analytics and audience insights to shape projects. You will have significant experience of quantitative and qualitative research projects in order to deliver these insights and will be a competent user of analytical software such as Facebook Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics etc

You'd be joining the charity at an exciting time as they merge Communications and Digital to create four new teams.
